A261. If you have forgotten your e-GGRT user name, you can retrieve it as follows:

# Click on the "Forgot your User Name" link on the e-GGRT login page.
# Enter the email address you entered in your user profile and click the SUBMIT button.
# Enter the answer to your secret question and click the SUBMIT button.
# An email will be sent to the email address associated with your e-GGRT account. This email will provide you with your e-GGRT user name. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, you may want to check your spam or junk mail folder.
