- An indication if the monthly consumption is based on one or more substitute data values calculated per the procedures described in §98.165(a) [98.3(c)(8)]
- An indication if the monthly carbon content is based on one or more substitute data values calculated per the procedures described in §98.165(b) [98.3(c)(8)]
- An indication if the monthly molecular weight is based on one or more substitute data values calculated per the procedures described in §98.165(b) [98.3(c)(8)] (applies to gaseous feedstocks only)
