Q249. Why would EPA reject a hard copy of the Electronic Signature Agreement?
A249. EPA will reject a hard copy Electronic Signature Agreement if it is not signed or dated, if the signature does not match the name printed on the form, or if the Electronic Signature Agreement form has been altered (e.g., deletions, cross-outs, additions, etc.)
