Q74. If a unit that combusts only fossil fuels has a CEMS for CO2 and uses Tier 4, must CO2 be reported by fuel type?

 

No. Reporting CO2 emissions by specific type of fossil fuel (e.g., coal, oil, gas, etc.) is not required. (See 98.36(b)(7)(i)).
