A27. No. The general stationary fuel combustion source category covers units that generate electricity, steam, or useful energy or heat for industrial, commercial or institutional use. Also, it is important to note that the average annual household emissions in the U.S. are about 11 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (mtCO2e), well below the threshold for reporting of 25,000 mtCO2e per year.
