For each calcined-lime byproduct or waste generated by your facility that is sold, Subpart S requires you to report the following: - The beginning and end-of-year inventories for each calcined-lime byproduct or waste sold (tons)
- For each month in the reporting year, Subpart S requires you to provide the following:
- The method used to determine the quantity of calcined-lime byproduct or waste sold
- An indication of whether the quantity sold is based on substitute data values
- The standard method used (American Society for Testing and Materials or National Lime Association testing method) to determine the CaO content of each calcined-lime byproduct or waste sold
- If the National Lime Association testing method was used, the name of the specific method must also be reported
- An indication of whether the CaO content is based on substitute data values
- The standard method used (American Society for Testing and Materials or National Lime Association testing method) to determine the MgO content of each calcined-lime byproduct or waste sold
- If the National Lime Association testing method was used, the name of the specific method must also be reported
- An indication of whether the MgO content is based on substitute data
If there are months where a particular lime product was not produced, choose “Did not operate”. If there are months where you used Best Available Monitoring Methods (BAMM) instead of the ASTM or NLA methods, choose “Other”. Indicate BAMM use here, but add specific BAMM details under Subpart A. For each calcined-lime byproduct or waste generated by your facility that is NOT sold, Subpart S requires you to report the following data, on an annual basis: - An indication of whether the quantity NOT sold is based on substitute data values
- An indication of whether the CaO content is based on substitute data values
- An indication of whether the MgO content is based on substitute data values

When you have finished entering the required information, click SAVE.
If a portion of a lime byproduct or waste is sold and the remainder is NOT sold, the byproduct or waste should be entered in both places. In those cases, ensure that the names are similar (i.e., “BP1 sold” and “BP1 not sold”.)
