1. Open Chrome on your Android smartphone or tablet.
2. Go to ghgdata.epa.gov
3. Hit the settings button (three vertical dots, located in the top right of the screen or lower left button with two horizontal lines on your device)
4. Press the star symbol in the drop down menu.
5. From here you can edit the web page's page’s name and select which bookmarks folder you want to save it into.
6. Choose a folder for the bookmark. You can also create a new folder by touching the folder menu, then New Folder.
7. Touch Save.
