ForIf a fuel flow meter that either has not met, or may not be able to cannot meet the 5.0% calibration error specification, data from the "bestmeter availableshall monitoringbe method" (BAMM) may be used until April 1, 2010considered invalid until a successful calibration is completed. You maymust use requestthe torelevant usemissing thedata BAMMprocedures throughduring the remainderperiod of 2010,invalid asdata. described in(See §98.3\(i)(d).
