EPA Posts correction to Optional P-1 Calculation Spreadsheet

EPA has posted an updated version of the optional calculation spreadsheet for Hydrogen Production, equation P-1.  Note that this spreadsheet is not used for data reporting, and not required.  It is provided to assist reporters in performing the calculation under equation P-1.  The updated version can be downloaded at Optional Calculation Spreadsheet Instructions.
